The Dessel Street Guest House is a two-story, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located in Ossian, Iowa. We are a short 15 minute drive from Decorah, Iowa.
This home has three bedrooms to choose from on the second floor and sleeps 6. Bedrooms one and two have pillow top queen-sized beds, bedroom three has a full-sized bed. There is a full bathroom on the first and second floor. For your convenience we provide a washer and dryer on the first level; complementary laundry soap is provided. All linens and bath towels are provided.
The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve meals. We also provide dish soap, dishwasher soap, tinfoil, paper towels, trash bags, dish towels etc. Appliances include refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. There is a large table that seats 10 in the dining room to accommodate your group large or small. Off the dining room you will find a deck with table and chairs for alfresco dining or your morning coffee. You will find locally roasted coffee in our coffee bar area. Our living room has large comfy leather furniture. Step through the first floor living room into a relaxing three-season porch with 6 padded chairs with table and chairs for 4.
Our finished basement has tables and chairs for 24 people making this an ideal option for family reunions, retreats, meetings etc. Please let me know if you will require more than 8 chairs when you make your reservation.
Attached heated two-stall garage. Unload your loved ones and belongings out of the rain, snow and heat. Garage door opener also provided.
